Seasonal Tastes restaurant introduces the finest wild-caught sea bass as a highlight dish for pampering sensitive palates during our Family-Filled Sunday Lunch Buffet in January and February from 12:00 - 15:00 hrs.
Family-Filled Sunday Lunch’s new highlight is served in three mouth-watering forms:
- Baked wild sea bass on zucchini and tomatoes tian with tarragon lemon butter
- Pan fried wild sea bass on herbs risotto and green asparagus, semi dried tomatoes with saffron cream
- Steamed wild sea bass on a bed of pappardelle with light red curry and coconut essence
And those are just the tips of the Family Filled Sunday Lunch experience. Live cooking culinary themes range from Mediterranean, featuring fresh pasta, pizzas and risotto, to Asian, featuring local Thai cuisine, regional wok-cooked dishes and noodles. A vibrant theatre kitchen presents traditional roasts and grills of premium quality meats and seafood, and supplies international gourmet recipes.
A dedicated Japanese section, stocked by the neighboring, award-winning Kisso, serves sushi, sashimi, and more, alongside a raw seafood buffet, smoked salmon, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and salads. Family Filled Sunday Lunch concludes on a crescendo of decadent desserts complete with chocolate fondue and Mövenpick ice cream.
